Stainless steel filter cartridges, also known as basket filter support baskets, are a type of filter element. They are made of single or multiple layers of metal mesh, commonly using materials such as 304, 304L, 316, and 316L stainless steel perforated mesh and woven mesh. The manufacturing process includes cutting, rolling, welding, rounding, surface treatment, and forming. Common styles include basket type, double-ear type, flange type, and threaded interface type. They are mainly used in petrochemical, water treatment, food processing, and pharmaceutical industries.

Stainless steel filter cartridges offer excellent filtration performance for particles or liquids ranging from 1-500 microns, with a high flow rate per unit area. They are characterized by high temperature resistance, resistance to rapid heating and cooling, corrosion resistance, high strength, and good toughness, making them suitable for high-pressure environments. Their porosity ranges from 28% to 50%, with a crisscrossing network of channels, resulting in stable filtration performance. The filter cartridges are washable and reusable, with good regeneration performance; after repeated washing, the filtration performance can be restored to over 90%.
