First, pre-treat the grill rack before use. Clean the surface of the grill rack with a brush, then heat it over a fire for a while. Next, use kitchen paper soaked in oil to evenly coat the grill rack; this will form a protective film and reduce sticking.

Second, the food itself also needs attention. When marinating food, adding a suitable amount of oil will make the surface more lubricated. Alternatively, brush a thin layer of cooking oil on the food beforehand to further reduce the chance of sticking.

Third, control the heat and grilling time. Avoid using excessively high heat, as high temperatures will cause food to dehydrate quickly and stick to the rack. When you see the food starting to change color and show signs of cooking, flip it over promptly to reduce the contact time between the food and the grill rack.

Finally, during the grilling process, brush the grill rack with oil as needed to maintain its smoothness.
