Barbecue grills produced in China are divided into disposable and reusable types. Disposable grills are named for their low price and ease of use, and are most commonly seen in outdoor barbecues and tourism. They can be categorized by shape into round flat grills, round concave grills, square flat grills, and square concave grills; they can also be made into rectangular, fish-shaped, and oval shapes. Based on material, they are mainly divided into galvanized iron wire grills, galvanized steel wire grills, and stainless steel grills. Based on the handle, they can be divided into grills with handles (also known as barbecue racks) and grills without handles.
Disposable grills use galvanized iron wire (drawn wire) as the wire material, and tinplate (also known as braided iron) as the edging material.
