Usage Instructions / How to Use

 

1. Preparation

Place the grill on a flat, heat-resistant surface.

Ensure the bottom water channel is clean and unobstructed

2. Add Water

Pour clean water into the bottom water channel (or water tray) to prevent overheating and protect the table surface.

3. Load Charcoal

Place charcoal briquettes or lump wood into the charcoal chamber / charcoal tray.

Stack them properly for better airflow.

4. Light the Charcoal

Use a lighter or fire starter to ignite the charcoal.

Allow 15–20 minutes for the charcoal to burn until it turns gray and ash-covered (ready for cooking).

5. Start Grilling

Place the grill grate onto the body.

Put food on the grate and adjust airflow vents to control temperature.

6. After Use

Let the grill cool down completely.

Dispose of ashes safely.

Clean the grate and water channel with mild detergent.
